Viewing Live Transcription During Recording
While documenting a patient encounter, you can verify that dialogue is being accurately captured:

Expand the Nexus window during your recording session

Locate the live transcription display at the bottom of the scratchpad

Monitor the real-time text as you and your patient speak
This live view provides immediate confirmation that the conversation is being properly documented, ensuring nothing important is missed during the encounter.
Accessing Complete Transcripts After Recording
Once you've finished recording and your clinical note has been generated, you can also access the complete transcript. Click "View Transcript" to access the full encounter documentation.
This transcript feature enhances documentation accuracy and provides additional confidence in your clinical record-keeping process.
